1. Overview

This policy explains what The Mock House collects, why, and who we rely on to run the service. We collect the minimum we need to give you the product and we do not sell your data.

2. What we collect

  • Account details. Your name and email address when you sign up.
  • Uploads. The artwork and files you upload to generate mockups, and the mockups you save.
  • Usage. Basic activity such as how many mockups you generate, so we can apply plan limits and improve the product.
  • Billing. If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your plan and billing status from Stripe but never see full card numbers.
  • Feedback. Anything you send us through the feedback form.

3. How we use it

We use your data to run your account, generate and store your mockups, apply plan limits, process payments, send you service-related email, respond to feedback and support, and keep the product secure and improving. We do not use your uploaded artwork to train models.

4. Who we share it with

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the service. They process data only to provide their part of it:

  • Supabase for accounts, database, and file storage.
  • Stripe for payments and subscription billing.
  • Google for the image generation service used on some templates.
  • Vercel for hosting and basic, privacy-respecting analytics.
  • Resend for sending service email.

We may also disclose data if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in. Our analytics are privacy-respecting and do not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is open. You can delete your saved mockups at any time. If you close your account, contact us and we will delete your personal data, except anything we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we will help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

8. Children

The Mock House is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. We will update the date above when we do.
